Founded in 2023, Ivy HR Consulting exists because most HR consultants either work at commodity rates or don't understand the business context where decisions matter.
We're different. Our founder has built and led HR at multiple companies, from early-stage startups, to established organizations. She's navigated multi-state compliance, managed complex benefits programs, handled sensitive employee relations, and built people systems that actually scale. She knows what's truly urgent versus what's nice-to-have. And she treats clients like business partners, not projects.
